Commissions Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a painting from AJ Paryl Art. Please review the following rules and guidelines before proceeding with your commission:

1. Description and Price Agreement

Before starting the commission process, we will agree on the description of the painting and the price. This ensures that both parties are on the same page regarding the artwork's concept and cost.

Once the description and price are agreed upon, a 25% non-refundable bond will be collected. This bond serves as a commitment from both the client and the artist to proceed with the commission.

2. Commissions are not copies

Although drawing inspiration from existing art to explain the painting you desire is acceptable, requests to create copies of other artists' work, including my own, will not be accepted.

3. Review Sessions

We value your input and want to ensure your satisfaction with the commissioned painting. Therefore, you are entitled to two in-person or video review sessions.

During these review sessions, you can provide feedback and request changes to the painting. We will carefully consider your suggestions and make the necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

4. Additional Change Requests

After the two initial review sessions, any further change requests will incur a fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers the time and effort required to implement the requested changes.

We strive to create artwork that aligns with your vision, but it's important to note that excessive or complex changes may require additional time and resources. We will communicate any potential fees associated with your specific change requests before proceeding.
